  1. Campaign Duration: The campaign will run from 24 November, 2025 12:00 UTC+8 - 21 December, 2025 23:59 UTC+8.
  2. Eligibility:
    1. This campaign applies to verified OKX P2P Merchants holding Super or Diamond tier status in the Southeast Asia (excluding Vietnam) P2P markets.
    2. Only trades conducted in Southeast Asian currencies (excluding VND) are eligible.
    3. Participation is limited to merchants who submit referrals through their unique referral link.
    4. Merchants must register by clicking the “Join” button on the campaign page. Once registered, the button will display “You have joined”. Otherwise, participation will be considered invalid.
    5. Participation is restricted to main accounts only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.
  4. Referral Qualification Criteria:
  • For each referred user to be considered valid:
    • The user has never had an OKX account, or has an account but has never traded on OKX P2P and Spot in any direction.
    • Each referred UID can only be rewarded once under this program.
    • The referred user must complete identity verification (KYC) and meet the following within the specified weekly competition period:
      • At least 1 P2P trade with a minimum value of 10 USDT, and
      • At least 1 Spot trade with a minimum value of 10 USDT.
      • All conditions must be met within the specified weekly period for the referral to count.
  1. Competition Frequency & Ranking:
    1. The campaign consists of 2 bi-weekly competitions (2 rounds in total).
    2. Merchants will be ranked at the end of each round and based on the number of unique referred users who meet the qualification criteria within that round.
  3. Rewards & Distribution:
  • Rewards will be calculated and distributed at the end of each round during the campaign period.
  • Only the top 3 merchants of each round will receive the following rewards:
    • 🥇 1st Place: Featured Ad Exposure for 6 days + Top Connector Badge (Mon - Sat)
    • 🥈 2nd Place: Featured Ad Exposure for 4 days + Top Connector Badge (Sun - Wed)
    • 🥉 3rd Place: Featured Ad Exposure for 3 days + Top Connector Badge (Thurs - Sat)
  • All rewards are distributed as special badges and featured ad placements displayed on the P2P marketplace.
  1. Disqualification & Compliance:
  • OKX reserves the right to disqualify any merchant if, in its reasonable opinion, they are:
    • Engaging in wash trading or other manipulative activities,
    • Attempting to artificially influence rankings or referral metrics, or
    • Violating OKX’s Terms of Service or any applicable rules.
    • Trades from accounts suspected to be fraudulent, bulk-registered, or fake may be excluded from reward calculations.
  1. Program Adjustments: OKX may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign, or update the reward structure based on performance analysis, without prior notice or obligation to maintain the existing format.
  2. Agreement: By participating, merchants acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all other applicable OKX platform rules and policies.
  1. This campaign shall commence on 24 November, 2025 12:00 UTC+8 and end on 21 December, 2025 23:59 UTC+8.
  2. This campaign is applicable to all P2P makers who trade Southeast Asia currencies (excluding VND) on OKX P2P and have completed identity verification.
  3. Referees must have completed identity verification.
  4. Participants must register by clicking the Join button on the campaign landing page. Once a user has successfully joined the campaign, the button will be changed to Joined.
  5. Rewards are subject to availability. Participants and referees who meet the requirements are eligible for the reward until the prize pool is exhausted.
  6. Rewards are given to merchants who fulfill the following criteria:
    1. Rewards are awarded to the top 3 merchants who refer the most new users during each round.
    2. Eligibility: Merchants must refer new users through their unique referral link. Each referred user must complete:
      • At least 1 P2P trade with a minimum value of 10 USDT
      • At least 1 Spot trade with a minimum value of 10 USDT
    4. Rewards for Top 3 Merchants:
      • 1st Place: Featured Ad Exposure for 6 days + Top Connector Badge
      • 2nd Place: Featured Ad Exposure for 4 days + Top Connector Badge
      • 3rd Place: Featured Ad Exposure for 3 days + Top Connector Badge
  8. In order to exclude malicious behavior or abuse of the terms by participants, OKX team has the right to request additional supporting materials from the participants as proof of their P2P transactions.
  9. Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the end of the campaign. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
  10. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.
  11. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
  12. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner’s OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.
  13. Each OKX account is eligible to click Join on the landing page only once during the promo period. Each OKX account can share his referral link with an unlimited number of new users.
  14. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.
  15. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
  16. OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and Reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
  17. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
